We loved these savory Beefiness Tips and Rice for a hearty weeknight dinner! My elderly mother-in-law tells me she does not like beef. However, when I served her these Beefiness Tips and Rice for dinner the other night, and she loved it.

Beef Tips are small cuts of meat that are oft cut from sirloin or chuck roast. However, they can be from whatsoever cut of meat. They are then cooked in a dutch oven or slow cooker and usually served with brownish gravy over mashed potatoes or rice.
